When you click Start: choose Entire Screen and tick "Also share system audio." Pause stops recording but keeps the same meeting - the banner reminds you it's paused so you resume it. On Stop the audio parts and slides are written to a dated folder in OneDrive, marked complete so your minutes get generated.
